custom_padding=&#8221;32px|0px||||&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>The ENTER project officially launched with a dynamic kick-off meeting from 11 to 13 February 2026 at the University of Bremen, bringing together 25 partners from EU (Estonia, Italy, Germany), India and Malaysia to advance open, data-driven, and c<span>ommunity-engaged environmental education.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Building on the suc<span>cess of past projects li<\/span><span>ke MARE and URGENT, ENTER aims to co-create sustainable models for university-com<\/span><span>munity collaboration in Indi<\/span><span>a a<\/span><span>nd Malaysia \u2014 using open data, livi<\/span><span>ng labs, and microcredentials to tackle real-world environmental challenges.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Key Outcomes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Common framework to be established for credit points and key terms (e.g., living labs, data co-production).<\/li>\n<li>5 living labs and 4 citizen science projects to be launched, focusing on biodiversity, coastal management, and community decision-making.<\/li>\n<li>ENTERnet platform to be developed to host 70 ECTS of new degree and microcredential courses.<\/li>\n<li>Equipment procurement underway to support data collection and ICT infrastructure.<\/li>\n<li>Steering Committee &amp; QA Board appointed; sustainability plan to be developed early.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The project will deliver 18 new degree courses, 9 microcredentials, and 20+ training events, empowering students, researchers, and communities with digital and data literacy skills.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=&#8221;1_3&#8243; The session began with a warm welcome and a general overview of the project\u2019s objectives and structure. Each partner introduced their organization, highlighting their expertise and role in the project.<\/p>\n<p>The meeting continued with brief presentations and discussions for each Work Package.
